1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been processed or dispatched, whichever is earlier.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

2. How to Cancel

To request cancellation, please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page with your order number.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Refusal of Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
