1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment details.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or during promotional periods.
  • If shipping charges apply, they will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order through our Track Order page.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned. Re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to high order volumes, courier network issues, government restrictions, or natural events. TrendzyMart is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, but we will assist in resolving the issue.

7. Order Verification

For security reasons, we may contact you to verify certain orders. Failure to verify may result in order cancellation.

8. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. TrendzyMart is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
